Clean room, quiet location, easy airport pickup and transfer

AC switch available but could not find the vent. Had to open window for ventilation.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free shuttle bus too and from the Malpensa airport. Onsite restaurant.

Very very isolated. A/C didn't really work. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty.

‏كان التعامل سيئا الغرفة لا يوجد بها ماء ولا ثلاجة والموقع موجود في booking غلط يعني لازم تروح من Google Maps وتكتب من جديد ثانيا الإفطار بسيط جدا السعر لا يرقى أن يكون متناسب مع الغرفة يوجد مواقف مجانية ولكن تعامل الموظفين متعب

The room was clean, comfortable shower

Mismatch between photos and the room in reality. The way to the room was full of bumps and we had to carry heavy suitcases so the wheels won't damage. We asked to use a refrigerator for a small box for the night, and the answer of the staff to our question was "no".
