La posizione della struttura dalla quale si ha una bellissima visuale sui Monti Sibillini, l'ospitalità e la gentilezza dei proprietari.

Wenn eine Küchenzeile vorhanden ist, sollte auch entsprechendes Interieur vorhanden sein. Keine Gläser, Tassen, Töpfe, etc. Die nette Gastgeberin hat zwar gebracht was man benötigte, aber das sollte vorhanden sein. Das ständige Fragen nach Kleinigkeiten nervt. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Die Eier am letzten Tag rochen schlecht. Wir waren froh, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren, denn der Hauptraum ist eigentlich mehr ein Gemeinschaftsraum für alle Gäste. Für die Terrassenmöbel waren keine Auflagen zu finden. Die einzelnen Zimmer haben keine Sicherheitsschlösser und die Haupttür darf nicht abgeschlossen werden. Da könnte in Abwesenheit jeder mit einem gebogenen Nagel ins Zimmer.

We didn't know what to think of the location but it was absolutely beyond beautiful. The weather was a little cold and overcast but I imagine it would be even more spectacular on a beautiful summer day.

That we had to leave. I wish the host spoke English because we would have loved to hear his life stories. Mario and his Wife were so sweet. Thanks to "Joe" their Nephew for his interpreting our conversation when we arrived and their hospitality. The wine they make is so so good too!

Nothing - everything was great

The place is cosy with a lovely view. The hosts are kind and make themseves available should their guests need help or suggestions. Their breakfast is delicious (ask for bacon and eggs - fresh eggs from their henhouse)

I expected them to keep the room tide, I guess I misunderstood. Same to be said for the availability of restaurant, it's a pity they don't offer dinner
