Pensiunea Agroturistica Cerna, Vaideeni

Locatia foarte frumoasa, casutele amenajate cu gust.

Comunicarea cu personalul a lipsit aproape cu desavarsire, atat intre mine si personal cat si intre ei. De la inceput, ajungand noaptea, curtea era plina de excremente de bovine, am intrebat, cand am ajuns daca putem sa servim micul dejun la dumneavoastra, mi s-a spus ca nu se poate garanta dar se va incerca. La ora 10 mi s-a comunicat ca va ajunge cineva cu micul dejun la ora 11, la ora 11:15 mi s-a spus ca nu o sa mai ajunga dar o sa gasesc micul dejun la pensiune, pregatit de un coleg, mi s-a comunicat numarul de telefon al colegului precum si tariful de utilizate al spa-ului, mi s-a dat sfatul de a savira micul dejun si dupa sa ne bucuram de serviciile de spa. La ora 11:45 am ajuns la pensiune, nu am gasit pe nimeni, usa la receptie fiind deschisa, am sunat de 2 ori la numarul de telefon oferit, nu a raspuns nimeni, am lasat mesaj, la fel, nu a raspuns nimeni. La ora 13:00, dupa ce am servit micul dejun in alta parte, ne-am reintors pentru a ne bucura de spa, am gasit colegul, acesta ne-a spus ca o sa ne pregateasca micul dejun imediat iar pentru spa, o sa mai dureze 3-4 ore, motiv pentru care, neputand sa folosim serviciile pentru care am venit la dumneavoastra, am hotarat sa plecam in alta locatie, anuntand acest lucru persoana de contact la numarul din rezervare, cea cu care am comunicat tot timpul. La ora 15:35 am primit un raspuns de la aceasta persoana, spunandu-ne ca ne-am bucurat totusi de serviciile oferite, chiar la pret redus. Mentionez faptul ca principalul motiv pentru care am achizitionat serviciile duneavoastra a fost utilizarea spa-ului, lucru pe care l-am anuntat telefonic in ziua in care ne-am cazat, persoana de contact, confirmandu-mi faptul ca spa-ul este functional si pregatit. In concluzie, locatie frumoasa, casute amenajate cu gust, serviciul angajatilor…jalnic spre inexistent.

Semmi, mert nem volt lehetőségem megismerni a szolgáltatást.

Januárban foglaltam le a szállást, s mivel vissza nem térítendő rögtön ki is fizettem. Az indulásom előtti este üzenetet kaptam hogy nem tudnak fogadni, nincs hely mert gyerektábor van a helyszínen. Felháborító, még csak nem is hallottam ilyet, nemhogy átéljem...

I booked a triple room with my children, with wood paneling, a jacuzzi tub and a view of the mountains from what I understood from the description, with a double bed and a twin bed, separated. When we arrived to check in, the big concern was to prove the online payment, which they saw made in the application. I found it offensive to look for proof of payment in the email when they were actually looking at it. We were led to a tiny room, overlooking a wall, without air conditioning, with both beds crammed into that space, with an embarrassing shower cabin and noise from the attic where the room we actually paid for was, because they were closed by the ISU and were rehabilitating, also blocking the main access stairs. I announced that we were leaving, because we paid for something else and they didn't have the common sense to let us know that the room was no longer available. The owner, I think, kept fussing over me and promising me a free sauna, a free jacuzzi, desperate not to leave a review here, because he admitted 3 times in front of his colleague and my children that they should have informed me that instead of a semi-apartment with a view and jacuzzi, I got a closet with terribly painted walls. So I left. ZERO respect for customers, good thing we have to prove payment, because they don't care about anything else

Totul a fost foarte bine,de la personalul foarte primitor,pana la mâncarea și serviciul excelente.As reveni cu mare placere.

Nu am găsit nimic neplăcut,dar, ca oriunde,este loc de și mai bine.

I wanted to like this place more than I did, but I think it's better suited to Romanians, especially if they have kids. Since I cannot speak Romanian, I often felt ignored since our only communication was thru Google Translate and local people were definitely taken care of far better than i. My room was a little oddly arranged but the a/c worked great, the bed was comfortable and towels and toiletries were good. However, my room had a non functioning spa tub so I had a hand held shower accessory. Contrary to their write up my room did not have a fridge. It was a communal one downstairs and I also had no balcony. No idea where the elusive pool and lounge beds were, as I never found either. Location is lovely and there are small covered picnic areas and plenty of parking, including a charging station. Like I said, I think my inability to speak Romanian was my problem. I ate dinner there one night. Soup was good but the only.option, a fried pork chop was only decent and fries were soggy. Beer and wine are available at fair prices and are kept properly so that's a plus.

Great location for a relaxing weekend

They were not ready for our arrival, had no food. They prepared something( didn't show us a menu, no price for food, etc), the meat was burned and prepared in unappropriate conditions( a lot of flyes in the kitchen, not proper conditions). The room was not as expected, dusty, no hairdryer, although a room for 2, we only had 1 set of towels, not 2, and in the second room we had, no fridge, no hairdrier. I think the second room was used as a triple before ojr arrival but they didn't bother to remove the extra bed, there was no room to move in that room.
