Unico disguido all'accoglienza: ci è stato proposto un aperitivo di benvenuto che,non essendo richiesto,abbiamo interpretato come gesto di cortesia. Solo in seguito abbiamo scoperto che fosse stato inserito a parte nel conto da saldare. Probabilmente un errore di comunicazione,risolvibile con maggior chiarezza verso il cliente
