The team was sweet and amazing! The location is good right in the center of a big wine region as we wanted. We strongly recommend to book a restaurant in advance as it can be a problem in this area to find something on spot. The rooms are small. Fine breakfast. And again, great team

Great property & well maintained. Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular but I didn't travel to Friuli to have an epic breakfast - it's all about the scenery, history, wine and food (lunch / dinner)!

Someone with a key to our room went through our stuff when we were out to dinner. Several of our travel bags were left open along with furniture drawers. Luckily, nothing was taken - we only had clothes and food, but still a major invasion of our privacy! We still had one more night so we were on edge the whole time. Staff was notified immediately via the number provided, since there's no one on-site full time, and we never heard back.

The aircon was not working sufficientlly and in addition to this the breakfast room was withou A/C at all ... so we were sweating a lot as there were hot July days
