We liked the animals, the good heating system and the quite surroundings.

As the animals where allowed to roam freely on the lawn, there are droppings everywhere. With two small kids who wanted to play on the lawn, it wasn't perfect, but we managed to leave most of it outside our room. Based on the pictures, we assumed we have access to a common kitchen, but this was not the case.

The beds are really comfy. The owner was flexible for our entrance and really nice. Also, the sound of the river trough the window is smazing for relaxation. For sure I will recommend it!

Only 2 small tower per guest. I think it would be nice to have a towel for the hands and one a bit bigger for the shower, but anyway, not big deal, we loved our stay!

Very clean rooms and kitchen. The common kitchen is great, well equipped, clean and easy to use for all guests who stay in rooms. This was really helpful because there are no restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the grill and fire place outside!

The receptionists are hardly ever there - only to check in people. Although they answer any request via booking very fast (so communication is not a problem), it would be nice to have a contact person on site more frequently. The lady attending to the animals is very nice but very busy too. She is responsible for all animals all alone. More help should be provided!!!

if your room is on the first floor & there is the common kitchen below… well, it’s a mess!!! you can hear all the people talking, cooking & sometimes screaming (when drunk). Also when they enter the kitchen & slam the door. (ask for the rooms in the other building)
