The location was stunning, but we felt very unwelcome from the beginning to the end. The check-in is from 17-18:30. When we arrived the kids went out to play and the owner came running and screaming at us that we have to notify her before using the garden because there was a dog in the garden that kept jumping at them. There was nothing of the kind written in the instructions she sent. Some people say that this place is family friendly: we did not find it family friendly. There were flower pots on the slides and then the owner was angry because the kids were playing with the soil in those pots. Have you ever seen any playgrounds where there are neat flower pots next to slides? The peak came at the end: I asked to pay for tourist tax with euros and I offered to pay with card since I didn't have euro coins. The owner was angry at me for that and tore the receipt in front of me. So nice location, but the staff needs training in how to deal with tourists if they want tourists there at all

The room was too small for us to open the big suitcase normally.

The room is sooooo clean. The house lady was very friendly and helpful even we couldn’t communicate too much over English. Breakfasts were amazing. Great views directly facing the mountains.

Host didn't speak english or spanish, only italian. Breakfast was only sugarful (croissants, pies), there were no healthy or sour (like eggs, sausages, cheese) options.

Such a comfortable, stylish and central farm stay with a caring and welcoming host. The rooms were clean with good beds and excellent bathrooms as well as a view of the farm and snow-capped mountains. Great breakfast kept us going until lunch, with farm-produced eggs etc. You can buy farm produce such as saffron, saffron-infused pasta, wine, honey and lavender oil, which helped me sleep like a baby last night. Walking distance to Cemo (20 minutes) and Naquane (1 hour) National Archaeological Parks.

Nothing to speak off. Sound travels a bit between rooms, but not greatly.

Breathtaking views! Cosy and absolutely clean room. Ivana is so friendly, answered via booking.com immediately. She recommended for us a great restaurant Gramuli) Breakfast in agriturismo is nice and freshly made. In general , highly recommended!
