The Cabins at LVF

We are a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. LVF arranged pick up at Puerto Princessa airport. We arrived exhausted to our amazing cabin. 2 separate bedrooms with aircon with a shared communal space. It was perfect. Emily was so attentive, and we had everything we needed. There was even a small pool. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Close to Honda Bay boat trips. Would definitely recommend!

such a nice peaceful place if you want to have a rest. swimming pool is available, hammock area and in front of the room is a living room, which you “share” with the other room besides. though it’s very quiet! Emily and her mother were super friendly but also so busy, we have a lot of respect for them

location is a bit far away from the city center so be aware. it takes 30 minutes by bike to get there

The property is surrounded with many edible trees that guest can have. The caretakers are very nice and helpful.

What I did not like about the property is that Booking.com does not provide you the fine print details that you have to sign when you arrive on the property. So if you are tired, Please pay attention and read properly what you are signing. Guest are not allowed to go out after 10pm and they basically lock their guest in the gated facility. They will charge you 500 pesos. It is hard to get a tricycle to bring you anywhere. Transportation can be arrange but to go to local places by tricycle will take a while standing outside the property.

The property is clean and cute.

The location and the staff’s communication! There is no food options near by (the accommodation didn’t offer anything but breakfast) and it is really really hard to get around, especially after night fall. Additionally, the staff is not knowledgeable and can’t help you with this (at one point we even got stuck because of bad advice!) Communication about transport and food options were problematic.

The farm is utterly beautiful and the glamping is extremely well done. We enjoyed a cozy camping fire on hammocks after dinner. The food was amazing and the staff super friendly and accommodating. It is close to the airport.

Staying at the Cabins LVF was a dream, so lovely in fact, that we stayed there and relaxed all day instead of going to the underground river. It has been beautifully done, the cabins, the decor is beautiful. The lighting around the farm in the evening is beautiful, a perfect ambience. Everything is very very clean. The ethos behind the farm is wonderful. They produce all organic products and use them when cooking your breakfast / dinner, which is absolutely delicious. Emaly took us for a tour around the farm to show us what they grow and let us smell the herbs. She really has a passion for what she does and loves where she works. Emaly also told us that the money from the produce that they sell in market is given to the indigenous people, which is wonderful. Emaly and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging transport etc. The are real assets to the business. There is a wonderful dog which Emily has adopted/rescued who is a gentle nervous soul but comes to life when Emily is around - dogs always know a good person!
