Teak Place Guest Rooms

Breakfast was simple and satisfying. I love the fact that everything is organic, fresh and off the grid. Well done!

There was a very bright light outside my window for which I couldnt find a switch. It hindered my sleep. Maybe I just missed it.

Breakfast was perfect loved the location perfect for a weekend getaway

The bath in no 12 rocked wasn’t stable and couldn’t full up the bath it leaked (could be there’s no rubber around the plug) and theirs no light switch for the outdoor shower and stoep (the switch should be at number 12 )

The shower was spouting water all over bathroom. Loose fittings. The fan in bedroom very noisy.

Room size. Cleanliness. Friendly security staff.

5 x Bullet holes in the windows. No room service 2 out of 5 days. Poor lighting. No TV. No restaurant. No undercover parking. No parking next to the unit. No microwave. No fridge. No cutlery. I was only given a take-away breakfast on a dirty table.

We were given a room that wasn't, We had no access to the facilities advertised, we received no breakfast, no access to walks or trails, wifi was slow and the shower water was cold.

The rooms were clean upon arrival however as a "self catering" room, we expected the basics such as a small fridge, crockery and cultery, iron and ironing board to be provided. This was not the case. Futhermore, we spent 2 nights at the guest house and there were no cleaning services availed during our stay.
