Vista incrivel da piscina, atendimento ótimo, trouxeram nosso almoço e pequeno almoço na casa, quarto muito confortável

estavamos em motos e tentamos ir até a casa com elas, mas foi uma péssima experiência. Para chegar na casa tem uma pequena estrada de terra, subidas e descidas, e a casa está localizada em uma descida bem forte. Um dos motociclistas acabou caindo e machucou o pé. Seria bom avisar isso a quem for de moto, e deixar as mesmas no estacionamento do hotel principal.

Amazing luxury hotel on top of a mountain with fabulous food and the most helpful & welcoming staff. It has natural waterfalls within the grounds, great air con and the most comfortable beds. The £45 set dinner with wine was great & breakfast substantial!

We loved everything about this hotel 🥰

A localização, super perto da torre da Serra da Estrela, a casa muito bem equipa e tudo arrumado. O stark adorou as prendinhas (osso de brincar e snaks). Ficamos fãs do pequeno almoço. O jantar no hotel tudo muito bom! Obrigada!

Havia alguns pontos de humidade, bastante normal por ser uma casa de pedra e por termos tido um inverno muito chuvoso. Mas nada que prejudicasse a estadia.

Este alojamento excedeu sem dúvida as nossas expectativas, das instalações ao staff foi tudo espetacular, uma simpatia e amabilidade que é raro encontrar nos dias de hoje. As vistas são lindas e a casa muito bem cuidada. O pequeno almoço com pão caseiro quentinho foi sem dúvida um dos pontos altos da nossa estadia bem como o jantar nas Casas da Lapa, recomendo muito.

Super nice view, good apartment and super nice staff! Very recommended, but please make sure you are a good driver, as it is hard to get to apartment on a very narrow streets.

Breakfasts was good, but I've traveled with 4 adults and 2 childrens. Breakfast was too small for such number of people. However, if your family is not so big, the breakfasts will be good for you.
