Great place to make alpine hiking.

We have booked and prepaid two bedroom appartment. At arrival (5PM) it was not available and smaller one was offered with compensation promise (ca €120). Several phone calls, no compensation. They never replied to sms or whatsapp reminder after we left. Great pleace in Sextener Dolomiti but disappointing behavior.

The location was close to the supermarket and close to the walking spots we wanted to visit and Gesenhof was easy to find. Beds were comfortable and it was really quiet. It was disappointing that the promised WiFi in all areas was not our reality. I did manage to send a few emails but other trip organization had to wait until we arrived at our next destination, despite having two iPhones and a laptop.

Nice room, fair price.

Check in was problematic- no one was there when we arrived and we thought it is empty. Than a nice lady came but she didn't speak English at all and it was difficult to understand each other
