Very quiet location, although I'm not sure how it would be if other guests are there. We were the only ones staying. The nearby town Arpino is very nice, and the old Arpino is worth the visit. The mother and the daughter were very nice and accommodating our dietary restrictions.

The room is quite basic, small and nowhere to sit other than on the bed. There wasn't anywhere to sit and enjoy the garden per se, partly because it was raining perhaps but it was just not set up to be enjoyed. Not much grounds for a nice walk either.

Breakfast was as it should be - a selection of homemade produce including fruit juice, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, bread and cake. These were all brought to the table, not buffet. Evening meals were also home prepared, the pasta with wild boar ragu was particularly good. Also great local red wine. There was a nice seating area outside the room for all guests to share Plenty of parking and outside space with the best view

The staff was great, took their time to be with us and we had long talks, which were interesting and good for our italian. The breakfast was outstanding with fresh home made products and fruit, quite an exception in Italy! The location was great, lots of trees and shade, and fantastic views. Very quiet place! And near to Isola del Liri which we wanted to visit. We’ll go back!
