DESara and Peter are the best hosts ever. Peter took me to Tokatoka Lookout, Sara took me on a horse ride, we 'collected' the sheep for their shaving, had great dinner and several rounds of Rummikub. And all the lovely animals on the farm.. Perfect stay with a cosy room with comfy bed, good shower. Hopefully I can be back soon.

NZPeter and Sarah were very personable, happy to involve us in activities but not pressing the point if we declined. Easy to have a yarn with.The massage chair was most welcome. Bathroom facilities were great. The pets were delightful. If we had more time we could have had a tour of the farm and fed the alpacas.
Bedroom closet was shared with some storage items; felt a bit like we were intruding rather than the space was ours. Bedding was polyester so they felt hot and didn't breathe well, although I never asked for an alternative as it was only for one night.

NZThis accommodation is absolutely perfect and offers a genuine New Zealand experience. Peter shows his true passion for life. We are giving it a 10 because that's the highest score allowed on Booking.com; otherwise, it would deserve even more! This is the best and most value-for-money place I have ever stayed at, providing an incredible emotional experience. Peter is incredibly knowledgeable, from astronomy to geography. He guided us through farm life, feeding the animals, stargazing with a telescope, hiking to nearby peaks for breathtaking views, and sharing fascinating stories about all the plants. My favorite part is the shotgun experience! I enjoyed every moment in Peter's farm and we will definitely be back again! Although I am an Asian, I feel at home at Peter's place! Hope we can meet Sara next time as well! If you're looking for an authentic, enriching experience, look no further. Peter's farm is the place to be!
