Buen dia. Tenía una reserva del 8 al 9 de agosto y nunca nos recibieron, llegué a las 7:30 de la noche, parecía una finca abandonada. Nadie nos recibió, tuve que pagar un taxi adicional e irme a otro hotel, cuando venía con mi familia con niñas pequeñas. Envié un mensaje de que llegaríamos tarde, no me contestaron, gasté en el taxi y otro hotel $350 dólares adicionales para pasar la noche en otro hotel. No deberían trabajar en turismo, no tienen la menor idea de lo que es respeto y responsabilidad por el turista, nunca me escribieron, hasta ahora que me llega este mensaje automático. Beautiful remote place. Cute room.

It was 20 minute drive from the airport, and pretty far from the rest of Oleggio.

Good breakfast and staff so kind.

Excellent size room and bathroom, parking, kids playground, all hygiene staff was provided. There is a small fridge in the room. Air-condition. Perfect breakfast. In the near village you can find pizzeria and grill house. Very affordable prices. Petrol station is also available. The airport is 20 min away. My only problem was the cold floor- but that would be easy sorted with slippers.

I cannot say anything bad.
