„Das Zimmer war in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand, mit Spinnweben und Spinnen, insbesondere im Badezimmer. Zudem quietschte das Bett bei jeder Bewegung sehr stark, was den Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigte.“
