"Handy place to stop on the Camino, basic accommodation which provides a relief from the dormitories."

We were on the Camino, but wanted a break from the dormitories, a simple room with beds and a shower was all we needed. It was on the side of town we were coming in to so that was easier at that point. It wasn’t far from the town and beach, and there was a decent cafe close by. There is a large kitchen, should you wish to self cater.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, modern hotel room, this isn’t that. It was just about suitable for us as it provided a relief from the dormitories. The bathroom was really dated, and the property in general seemed very run down. On arrival, it looked locked up and disused, but the host arrived eventually to let us in and show us around. The price felt like a lot for the facilities, but maybe that’s the norm in this area.
