The host was amazing! The service was great and the place was exceptionally clean

The staff was very hospitable

Staff stomping on the upper floor at 5 in the morning cleaning bedrooms upstairs, making a racket and the ceiling shaking whole time. Cleaners taking out cans from the dustbins outside the room at 6.15 am and stomping it flat. Shockingly overpriced dinners, very poor quality food, We did not even eat it still bill R170 for a Tbone, R150 for a snitzel that looked like a shoe sole. Did not even get the sides as advertised on the menu. All the wooden chairs are are broken outside and at the pool, cannot sit on them

Our hosts were incredible and couldn't do enough for us! extremely accommodating! It was good value for money; they were flexible and were able to attend to a last-minute breakfast request. Just one of the double rooms next to reception, the one on the right has a bit of a moisture problem with a damp smell and the shower and its rose awkwardly situated causing water to spill everywhere whilst showering. Thats our only gripe .... otherwise, it was a fantastic stay, many thanks indeed. We will be back for sure!!

The hostess Ista went out of her way to accommodate us.

From the moment we got there the hostess was very welcoming, so sweet. Checking in was made very easy and on night 1 we decided to Braai. We had a lovely room with private bathroom attached to a huge deck with 360• views of the African Savanna. The braai was on the deck. We bought braai packs from Nyani and they provided us with everything we needed down to the braai spice. On day 2 they made sure to put the Rugby on the big screen in their very nice bar/entertainment area, full of character, where we stuck around to play pool and darts. Once again the owner, hostess and farm manager all very welcoming. On day 3 we played putt putt in the beautiful, very well maintained, gardens while the wildebees and Kudu roamed by. That night we had a meat platter provided by Nyani which was great value for money. We left Nyani feeling part of the family and will certainly be going back. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

I never did find Willem, the duiker. So I will be back with sweet potatoes in hand to finally meet the little guy.
