- AMAZING VIEW - Really peaceful & serene with no noise from the road - Clean (towels smelled so good) and good shower - Super comfy bed & pillows and dark room - Beautiful pool & was slightly warmed - Band at dinner on a Friday night - Could help yourself to bottle/glasses of wine any time using the honesty system - Games and e-bikes available to use - Good breakfast

- The staff weren’t as helpful or friendly as I imagined a host of a farm stay would be. I didn’t feel welcome to ask for recommendations and when I did not much help was given. This may have been because of the language barrier as the staff seemed chatty with everyone else. - Weren’t shown around the property or given any information on their products or opportunity for wine tastings - BRING FOOD. While the location is great for views & peace it means there’s limited options for restaurants. They serve dinner but it does not open until 7.30pm. We were starving at 6pm and no where in the nearby towns opened for dinner until 7pm at the earliest. There’s a communal kitchen to store food so we wish we had brought cheese & crackers to enjoy with the wine and view while we waited for dinner anywhere to open. - Air & heating turned off - This is a family friendly farm stay so be mindful that if kids are there the peace is disturbed

room was small and monk-like - more like a dorm room or ski lodge staff not on premise for check in - necessitated phoning for her to come to property - for those without free cell phone service having to call, adds a charge for this inconvenience

Can’t think about something I didn’t like

The staff is amazing. They make your stay as comfortable as possible, are so accommodating and so wonderful.

The road to get there is a bit of a way to go, but the views you get are so worth it.

Beautiful scenery over the Tuscan hills. Quiet and peaceful stay. The kitchen of the apartment was excellent with all kitchenware included. The food at the restaurant was the best we had during our 4 weeks stay in Italy.

We were impressed by the authentic Tuscan atmosphere, provided by the secluded location with views over the hills and vineyards. The infinity pool was also a great addition, along with the Tuscan breakfast, featuring fresh vegetables from their own garden. We loved that we could buy wine to take home, from their own production.

We did not like the fact that the restaurant was not available for dinner, as private festive dinners were being held. We were forced to look for other places to have dinner.

Property is clean with a great view from the room and restaurant. Highly recommended.
