ITOttimo agriturismo. Appartamento molto grande, pulitissimo. La famiglia che lo gestisce è veramente attenta. Hanno risolto un problema con l'aria condizionata molto rapidamente, nonostante fosse la settimana di Ferragosto. Bella piscina. Solo un po' rumorosa la stanza da letto sulla strada, ma con i doppi vetro il problema è in realtà ininfluente. Inoltre è a 15 minuti dalle spiagge, è vicino a un centro commerciale dove si trova tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Anche i prezzi sono adeguati. Sicuramente un posto nel quale ritornare.
DESehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Besitzer haben sich viel Mühe gemacht, aus dem alten Bauernhof ein Schmuckstück zu machen. Der Pool war recht groß und es gibt sogar Toiletten und Umkleidekabinen direkt dort. Sie produzieren Ihre eigenen Produkte (Wein, Olivenöl), die man vor Ort auch kaufen kann. Die Restaurant-Tipps vom Senior waren super - wir haben sehr gutes Essen gehabt - Vielen Dank!
Leider sind bei uns die Klimaanlagen ausgefallen - bei über 32°. Der Hof liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, die zu einem Gewerbegebiet und zur Autobahn führt. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken - viel zu warm und bei offenem Fenster zu laut. Der Pool ist zwar nachts schön beleuchtet, aber leider von abends 19.30 bis früh um 9.00 Uhr abgeschlossen. Auch hier hört man den ganzen Tag den Straßenlärm, trotz Hecken und Bäumen. Haustiere sind gestattet, dürfen aber nicht in den abgesperrten Poolbereich. Und es gibt keinen Fußweg oder Radweg dorthin. Für die morgentliche Gassi-Runde muss man erst ein Stück mit dem Auto fahren. Die Gartenmöbel erinnern eher an einen Campingplatz und passen so gar nicht zum restlichen Ambiente - schade. Wir werden wohl nicht nochmal hierher kommen.

GBVery friendly hosts, apartament was very specious and well equipped, had everything we needed. Great pool with launges and umbrellas. Close distance to white sandy beach Spiagge Bianche, beautiful villages of Tuscany and supermarket. All and all great value for money. Thank you, Francesco and Marcco!
The pool is close to the road, although it's not too busy. The gym area needs some love & attention.

BEGreat people run this place. We had a very good contact with them and we felt taken care of. The pool is fantastic. The apartment is also well equipped, air conditioning in every room. Comfortable beds. It’s also close to the seaside and Cecina offers many attractions and good bars and restaurants.
Although the outside are is very nicely arranged I couldn’t used it much in the evenings due to exceptionally active insects, but I’m personally very prone to their bites, my wife was ok.
