Close to the highways.

We booked the Two-Bedroom Chalet, paid for it, and got confirmation from booking.com. We arrived after a 13 hour drive at around 20:10 with 3 kids. The host lady waited us in front of the entrance with a worried face and tried to communicate with us. As there wasn't any common language (she didn't speak English) a guest was asked to translate: The chalet we booked and paid for was not available, as the previous guest was staying longer. 🤬 She offered 2 rooms far from each other and 100 PLN as a compensation. We accepted this, as we were very tired, but we regretted it: We couldn't sleep well as the guests who translated for us were quite noisy even after 22:00. There wasn't any WiFi coverage in one of the rooms we got, and the 4G/5G mobile internet didn't work either! I'm pretty disappointed as we didn't get what we reserved and paid for! When we did the booking, we were looking for an accommodation where the whole family can stay together and nobody disturbs us. The rooms we finally got were far from our expectations.

Господарка готелю відмінила наше бронювання з власних причин. Все б нічого, тільки кошти за готель вона так і не повернула. На повідомлення не відповідає. Ніякого зворотнього зв'язку. Вже більше місяця намагаюся добитися повернення коштів.

Единственный плюс - это доброжелательная хозяйка, остальное сплошные минусы

Все. Ни воды ни нормальных кроватей, ни удобств. Парковка - просто поле.

Mrs. Bożena has been a most gracious host! I and my son arrived there after a 120-km long bicycle trip, the last part under rain, and she was so kind to go to the nearest village and fetch some warm food for us!
