Everything! Our favourite place to stay during our trip to Italy. Amazing view, the bed was so comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. It had everything we needed and the host was so kind. We also loved the little dog who lived on the property :)

Super kind hosts, very clean apartment, and beautiful property with astonishing view of Montepulciano. Kitchen well equipped and really comfortable bed. Parking available right on the property. Nice little shop for vine and local products.

Location and the view.

My booking was for a total charge of Euro 366. But my card was charged Euro 412.4. Why? And why Booking.Com has no mechanism for getting back to them

Loredana and Martina were wonderful hosts and extremely helpful with suggestions for local sites to visit. The patio has a spectacular view and perfect for wine time after a day of exploring. Well worth a visit!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful, while at the same time close to town and other points of interest; the room/apartment was spacious with a well stocked kitchen and lovely furniture and decor. Also, important — the hosts were extremely kind and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer to get to know them better! Thank you!

Quiet and with a fantastic view to Montepulciano. For a country side a really good internet. Very gentle owner family. The place is near to most of all the places of interest in the south of Toscana, so it's a good base-station to visit this area.

"An absolute gem"

My husband and I were so happy with our stay. The view of Montepulciano from our room was breathtaking – even better than expected. We loved sitting on our patio and enjoying a glass of wine. The room was extremely comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. We can't wait for our next visit to stay at Villa Mazzi, we'll certainly be back.
