Agriturismo e Maneggio Poggio Leone

Amazing scenery. Rustic and beautiful environment. Nice pool to cool off and spend some time in, and for the children to play in. Very friendly and helpful owners, the family running the place. They were always there whenever we needed anything. Close to restaurants and nearby small beautiful towns. Good breakfast buffet if you choose to have it. Good selection of cold dishes, drinks and wines (including their own wine). We enjoyed our stay at Poggio Leone a lot and hope to come back some day.

The apartment we had didn't have any kitchen or cooking possibilities (look it up before booking). A refrigerator would have been good to have in the apartment, but we could use a shelf in the main kitchen refrigerator. The room were hot during the night, even with all doors and windows open. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms, but even a small fan would have helped. Probably a problem only during hot summer days. Dogs and vehicle woke us up very early each morning, which could be annoying if you want to sleep longer during your vacation stay.
