If we could, we would definitely give this place more than 10 out of 10. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. You don’t feel like just another guest here—you truly feel like part of the family. The atmosphere of this place speaks for itself. It is authentic, charming, and full of character. The rooms are beautiful, full of authentic details, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant deserves a special mention. The service is exceptional, and the food is simply outstanding—without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip. Every meal was absolutely delicious. For families with children, this place is perfect. There is plenty of space for kids to run and play, while adults can relax surrounded by nature, beautiful trees, and the peaceful atmosphere. We are leaving with wonderful memories and grateful hearts. Thank you to the entire team for your incredible hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. La struttura è una tenuta ristrutturare e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, immersa nella natura rende piacevole il soggiorno. La stanza è molto spaziosa ed il bagno veramente grande. Colazione buona.

Op zich prima accommodatie met uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goeie tussenstop voor/na haven Genua.

Avondaankomst is lastig bij gebreke van goede verwijzingsborden.

Staff gentilissimo, colazione ottima, posizione immersa nel verde ma vicinissima all' outlet, camera davvero spaziosa e pulita, doccia comodissima. Perfetto!

Non ho messo 10, ma solo 9, solamente per due dettagli: la mancanza di bidet/doccino in bagno e la mancanza di una tenda che oscurasse anche la porta nel salotto. Tutto il resto, perfetto!
