The house and the whole area have a great atmosphere, and Leo is a fantastic host.

Very nice surroundings, very quiet and relaxing. The pool is beautiful and is exactly the right thing to have on hot days in Tuscany. Leonardo is a great host, he is always around when you need something. The appartment was lovely, the old building renovated with love and with care to keep the original build and flair of the house.

It's a beautiful place , in naturę, with history,. Full of positive energy. A wonderful host Leonardo, wh'o'is always there to help. We' re coming back!. Very clean and wirh all the things you need. .

Leonardo was an amazing host and he went out of his way to make our stay very fun and relaxing. The whole place is amazing, the housing very comfortable (it is, after all, dating back for 1661 !!!), the swimming pool is beautiful, the surroundings are great and we can only advice to book an appartment here and enjoy Tuscanny and its wonderful people, food and sights. And it is truly special to fall asleep to the deep silence of the countryside (I live in a city...) Merci Leonardo !

It felt like we were in a fairy tale realm: the olive trees, the flowering jasmine, the song of the birds and the exceptionally clean air. Leonardo, the host, made us feel right at home, welcomed us himself and gave us a gift of olive oil and wine from his orchard. Also, he was more than accommodating when it came to helping us with several trips to the train station in Sieci. The kitchen (very quaint and lovely -- it's actually a wardrobe!) and the laundry room (Lavanderia) were well-equipped and met all our needs. All in all we had a comfortable and wonderful stay, and a surprise visit from one of the three resident cats (Lana, Lena and Luna) :-). Thank you, Leonardo (to your father as well) for such amazing hospitality. Our time there was great.

The property is about 2.5 km from the train station, about 85 m uphill. It's not hard to reach even if you're not used to walking a lot, but you might want to keep this in mind. There are two shortcuts you can take, but they pass through private property. Or you can ask for a lift :-). If you need fresh towels, ask Leonardo and you'll get them right away.

Great location, outside of Florence but with the train station at 3 minutes driving. The house was a big cottage - what a nice change comparing it to a city's flat appartment or hotel room. My kids loved it and so did we. The guest was very helpfull

Although all necessary equipment was there, some tea or coffee bags would be nice.
