It was in a quiet setting and had beautiful old original features.

The water pressure in the shower was a little slow.

A really enjoyable stay in nice surroundings. Very helpful staff who arranged to pick us up and drop us off in Spoleto

Very gracious and friendly host. Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Even offered us a place in their garage for our motorbike.

The room is a bit small for 2 people, we just had some small duffel bags and was ok, with suitcases could be a tight fit. The bathroom is a bit small, narrow, and windowless and could do with a refresh... Breakfast is sufficient, only instant coffee offered, no espresso or tea options On the whole, for the amount we paid, the accommodation is adequate, but a bit more attention to cleanliness, and we would have given a higher score.

it was conveniently located

the only way I could get some kind of internet connection was by sitting at the back door of my room, right next to cars passing down this street. I’m quite knowledgeable about wifi connection but their modem was not connected. I felt although the host tried to be friendly she was stressed. initially she insisted to keep my passport over night to which I disagreed. Registration is a matter of minutes and a passport is my possession. I could only get it back after hours when a friend of hers kindly interpreted. The shower had what looked like a cut up shower curtain and it was impossible not to flood the bathroom. There was no vent or window to open other than my room- which really only had a door to be opened. Breakfast was down in the dungeons, very interesting but cold, breakfast was plenty and coffee good. The host would not return my Credenziale until I had paid I booked via Booking.com but she said I needed to pay with her. I was glad to have an accommodation and appreciate it and her friend was most helpful with me and other guests as the host did not understand any other language (which she mustn’t) but it helps when dealing with guests. I felt uncomfortable there.

Room in an impressive house with beautiful garden and medievial cellars where breakfast is served.

Soft beds, luckily there where two so I good choose the most firm one. The wifi is ok next to the router, not in the room.
