Agriturismo Pian Del Tevere

Struttura bella e curata, location rilassante e vicina a Perugia.

Alcuni servizi elencati al momento della prenotazione non erano presenti. COLAZIONE - Anche se non c'era scritto "colazione inclusa", i proprietari hanno inserito come servizio "possibilità di colazione in camera" sotto i "Servizi di ristorazione", ho creduto incluso dato che i servizi a pagamento sono specificamente segnati come "a pagamento". Una volta arrivati abbiamo scoperto che la colazione non era prevista e dopo averlo fatto presente la cosa a fine soggiorno per ottenere un piccolo sconto data l'informazione errata non c'è stato nessuna volontà dalla parte della proprietà di venirci incontro nonostante l'ammissione dell'errore, anzi. Inizialmente mi è stato detto essere un errore e che per legge non è previsto che un agriturismo offra cibo (?); successivamente che comunque non l'avevamo richiesto (la prima cosa fatta invece al nostro arrivo); poi che sarebbe stato possibile ma che sarebbe stata a pagamento e avrebbero fatto recapitare una colazione da un bar (non era illegale?); poi che la dicitura si riferiva a un vecchio servizio che offrivano. Insomma, NESSUNA volontà né di capire né di andare incontro a un cliente che pensava di aver prenotato una struttura con un servizio importante come quello della colazione invece mancante, per errore della proprietà. ALTRI SERVIZI MANCANTI - Non presenti nella nostra camera tostapane e TV come invece specificato nei servizi. NOTA SULLE PULIZIE - a mio personale avviso un servizio da integrare, non sono previste le pulizie della camera per l'intero soggiorno se non a pagamento (piuttosto alto), considerando anche che sul letto trovavamo una sabbietta venuta dall'antico soffitto in mattoni (cosa ovvia per un casolare antico, ma allora ci deve essere una diversa organizzazione del piano pulizie di conseguenza), né sostituzione della biancheria da bagno se non a pagamento (accettabile).

Beautiful house in lovely surroundings

The kitchen could have been better equipped: a toaster, cloths for wiping up crumbs and a tea towel would’ve been great.

Good facilities with lots of space. Great location to explore various local towns including Perugia and Assisi, along with being close to airport.

Pool is not heated but knew this prior to booking. That is the only fault I can find.

There was not enough equipment in the kitchen. The apartment was dark and cold(we stayed in October).No terrace it was the second floor

We loved our stay here. The apartment was very spacious, the building is beautifully renovated. There was a lot space on the property for the kids to run and play, and the fenced pool was a big plus. The location is perfect, close to a lot of highlights, but still quiet and secluded. Luciana was very helpful in answering all our questions both before and during our stay. We will come back!

The strong points of Pian Del Tevere are (1) its fantastic surrounding scenery - a plane of farmland with a lot of space and green fields; (2) the beautiful villa in which are the accommodating rooms; (3) the great (and fenced) pool; and (4) Luciana - the hostess who was great and gave us lovely service. The location is also great because all Umbria's key attractions are a maximum of 1 hour away. I highly recommend this place for families that want a relaxed vacation.

The place is perfect, really. I travelled with my two kids and with two other families and we all agreed that it was a perfect families holiday.

Amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay as a family in this relexing place, while just 5-10 minutes from commercial needs (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.)
