Fantastic host. Beautiful countryside location.

This place was amazing. An awesome farm stay tucked away in the hills but within easy driving distance of everything in Tuscany. Philipo, the host provided exceptional service and was very patient with Google translate to help us understand.

The host is a fantastic guy—very helpful and always there to answer any questions. The option to order breakfast one day in advance is great and very reasonably priced (he's not making money on it). Brenda, the dog, is adorable. The swimming pool is very well-maintained and clean. The stay is in the middle of nowhere, so it's very remote from everything. There is a 3km dirt road that is doable; adjust your speed! On the way, there are nice viewpoints. It is recommended!

The bed with the mattress could have been more comfortable, but I am a picky sleeper. My girlfriend did not complain. The shower could use some renewal as it was a bit old, but it worked and did the trick. There is no Wi-Fi, and the connection could be better, so keep that in mind if you plan to work remotely. The closest and most significant city is Siena, which is roughly a 25-minute drive by car, but don't be afraid; there are other charming villages nearby where you can go out for food and groceries. But overall, we definitely recommend this place if you want a complete detox stay.

Fantastic location among Tuscany hills that allows perfect relaxation but at the same time offers a good base for exploring cities, villages and thermal baths. Our house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool area is great and thoroughly cleaned every day. Filippo, our host, was always available and along with his cutest dog Brenda made our stay fantastic. Thank you, Filippo and Brenda, we will return for sure!

Our host, Fillippo, played a significant role in making our stay truly unforgettable. Despite our late-night arrival, he greeted us with a warm smile and provided us with all the essential information we needed. Fillippo's attentive and friendly demeanor continued throughout our stay, as he was always just a message away, responding promptly to any questions or requests we had. His genuine passion for ensuring our comfort was evident in every interaction. The hospitality extended beyond Fillippo himself; his charming dog Brenda became an unexpected highlight of our visit. Brenda's cheerful greetings added an extra layer of warmth and familiarity to our stay, making us feel right at home. The property itself is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of picturesque Tuscany, surrounded by rolling hills that evoke a sense of serenity and tranquility. The mornings were a symphony of natural sounds – the crowing of roosters and the melodies of birds – awakening us gently to the beauty of the day. The afternoons were equally enchanting, as we relaxed by the inviting pool, lulled into relaxation by the soothing chorus of crickets. Our accommodation, a cozy apartment, exceeded our expectations in every way. Despite its quaint appearance, the space was unexpectedly spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen that catered to all our needs, a snug bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a petite bathroom with a shower. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the petite terrace located just outside our apartment, a perfect spot to savor the Tuscan vistas while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Cleanliness was paramount during our stay, and we were pleased to find our apartment exceptionally well-maintained.

a lot of things. first of all Filippo. he is a top-host, very service oriented. the place is at the top of a hill with great views. inside it is basic and clean. the bed is good and the airconditioning works. an advice is to spend some money on furniture both inside and outside
