L'uso dello spazio comune era un po' carente nelle informazioni ma se avessi chiesto avrei avuto tutte le indicazioni che mi servivano

Ottimo connubio tra arte e natura. Posto silenzioso, immerso nel verde e ideale per giornate di relax lontano da tutto e tutti. Buona posizione che ci ha permesso di girare nei borghi vicini. Staff accogliente, abbiamo avuto un problema con la serratura che è stato prontamente risolto. Colazione abbondante e ottima, stanza pulita e luminosa.

Unica pecca la piscina era piena di insetti e non ce la siamo potuta godere pienamente. Qualche puntura come ricordo (nulla di grave) ma anche se immersi nella natura qualche piccolo accorgimento andrebbe preso in caso di ospiti che possano essere allergici.

The natural surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. A perfect place to unwind and relax. It is simple and very clean . Super nice hosts.

The wifi is weak. Probably need some Wifi range extenders.

Great location for us farmers - out in farm land with fields of wheat, vineyards, olive groves. Very laid back with only a few farm workers around. Host is local - born in Rome. Has dance studio on premises. Simple, clean and tidy accommodations. Small town of Tuscania with walled Etruscan town history. Incredible cemetery!

Booking.com directions to farm were 1.5 kilometers off. Luckily local farmer directed us properly. No internet, TV or cell connection. (actually, that is good, except for attempts to make reservations for continued travel)

It is a nice place away from the city but surrounded by places of interest within 30 to 60 min drive. It felt like an off-grid retreat where one could enjoy peace and bird singing when waking up. The hosts are wonderful and very friendly. We were there off-season and so we were the only guests and it felt like a private hotel where we were the only one getting breakfasts in a nice gallery-like place. The property has around 5 cats who are very friendly and made the stay even more comfortable. Maurizio was very friendly and gave us a wonderful tip on the places worth visiting such as Civita.

Maybe it was due to rainy weather during entire stay but the room felt humid and running the AC all day to try to dry it did not help. Also the ventilation in the toilet didn't fee like it was working fully. There was bad connection to WIFI in our room, which can be a plus if one wants to relax from all notifications but would be nice to have otherwise to plan the day and where to drive.
