Em relação preço/qualidade a habitação (bangaló) foi caro com a falta de aquecimento suficiente à época do ano, falta de luminosidade elétrica (duas lâmpadas de com poucos watts de luminosidade), mobiliário muito antigo e cheirava um pouco a mofo.

O quarto tinha aquecimento, televisão e frigorífico, o que tornou a estadia prática. O staff foi sempre muito simpático e disponível. A vista para a igreja é um ponto forte, especialmente na passagem de ano, quando foi possível ver o fogo de artifício. Há estacionamento próximo, o que facilita bastante. Boa opção para uma estadia tranquila.

A casa de banho precisa de renovações, embora funcional.
