Casa Esquível

Good location. Convenient parking though may not be the case if busy.

Room was dated and bathroom cramped. We had been allocated the annex and so don't know how this room compared to the other rooms within the main building. Breakfast was basic in on offer were a small selection of cereals, commercial/ packaged fruit juices, moderate quality yogurts and packet sliced 'plastic' cheese and processed sliced ham. Bread and the facility to toast it was also available. Coffee and hot milk / water were also available with various tea infusions. The dining room is so small in that on the second morning we arrived at just after 09.00 and were unable to access what remained of the available seating nor could we approach the buffet other than disturbing all of the people seated along the only access route, about six other people, which would then have required disturbing those same people on the way to sit down as well as a further three on the opposite side of the only available table. This being the case we abandoned breakfast completely. A totally ridiculous set up when so much space is and was available in the adjoining lounge.

Camas antigas a fazer imenso barulho. Pequeno almoço sem grandes opções.

Casa agradável e limpa. Funcionários atenciosos e o pequeno almoço tinha o essencial. Boa relação qualidade/preço.

Gostei muito da equipe de colaboradoras - foram simpáticas e estiveram sempre disponíveis para o que fosse necessário. A Casa Esquível é charmosa, especialmente o jardim - já que é primavera - cheio de flores. Apesar de não estar calor o suficiente, a zona da piscina é muito agradável !

A casa de banho estava impecavelmente limpa. Eu gostava apenas que, à noite, pudesse ter encontrado a água mais quente (como encontrei na manhã seguinte). O pequeno almoço é bom, com modesta variedade. Seria melhor com opções de ovos e variedade de pães e bolos.
