The location couldn't be better. Easy access to Certaldo, Florence, Siena, and all of the other smaller surrounding area. Amazing views, well-kept property, tennis court surrounded by cedars was beautiful, and the soccer field, trampoline, and other facilities for the kids were super. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to enjoy the pool area, but it was beautiful, quite and well-maintained. The kitchen was well appointed, and we appreciated the fireplace with wood and fire starting supplies. The fruit basket and bottle of their wine was a good welcome. The wood-burning grills are also convenient. Martina was very helpful at answering questions we had and provided her phone number for easy access. We met Gerose on the last day, and she made it even more special and personal, providing us with a quick tour of the wine making facilities before we left, and warmly giving us suggestions for our next stop. The seating areas outside are comfortable and there is enough seating for everyone. Wines and delicious olive oil from their own production are available for purchase.

Unfortunately, there was a large, obnoxious group staying there at the same time as us. They devoured the entire breakfast buffet and it felt like they overwhelmed the staff. They were noisy and not respectful of other guests. This does not reflect upon the property, but it did make aspects of our stay unpleasant when the group was around. Yet another large group was lovely, in contrast. It felt at times as though it was understaffed. When we arrived, we were rushed through the property. Though breakfast is from 8-10am, we felt rushed when we arrived at 9, and the staff seemed to want us to leave as soon as possible so that they could move on to cleaning the rooms. We are not a big breakfast family ;), but the first morning, there was virtually no breakfast, though other days there was more available. In general the breakfast could be improved in terms of selection and setup to make it more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, but our mattress was covered with some plastic cover under the sheet that made it uncomfortable and noisy.

Most welcoming and caring host greeted us and made our stay fab. Thank you Jerose! The surroundings are incredibly beautiful and facilities are great for a Tuscan retreat, beautiful infinity pool, great tennis court and decent enough gym. Our studio apartment was very well supplied, free fruit and a bottle of their own wine which is delish! All the kitchen utensils, cutlery etc that you would need and more! All round amazing place and stay! We hope to be back!

Bed was slightly hard and gym could have slightly newer equipment but I don’t think many people would care as not visiting to work out.

Very safe and secure. Staff were really helpful and prompt in their response. Owner personally and promptly attended to us when the heater went out at night. Very lovely facility and the kids enjoyed the tennis courts, soccer pitch, table soccer, table tennis. Kitchen was well equipped and utensils clean. Comfortable stay and will definitely come back! Thanks Martina, Baudina and your cousin for the great breakfast!

Hello, Fattoria Pogni is the perfect location for families, the place where you can stand out. The position of the location is wonderful, the employees help you with what you need. If you want to see the surroundings, you need a car, necessarily to do some shopping. At the trattorias in Marcialla you can eat very well, one of them is closed on Monday and the other is closed on Tuesday. I recommend La Taverna Del Fiorentino. We didn't rent a car because we didn't want to drive, but in the end we rented a car and visited the surroundings. Siena is god to visit. Martina is extremely kind and efficient. Bruna prepares a delicious breakfast. The wine is very good!

Great location and beautiful surroundings

A beautiful farm surrounded by amazing view of Tuscan hills. The farm is fully equipped with a nice pool, tennis and soccer courts and Tuscan BBQ station. The farm is 30 min drive from the towns of Siena and San Gimignano, and there are a few nice dinning spots and supermarket in the nearby village.

The breakfast is highly priced.
