Beautiful environs in the middle of nowhere! Lovely house. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Terrific shower pressure! Friendly hosts.

Check in was a little unclear so we had to find the hosts! Not much to do in the evening so bring a book.

This farm stay was Excellent in every way possible! Funtastic air bnb with all the facilities you need. Upstairs the beds were so comfy & warm. Even has a little ‘Harry Potter’ room, which was also utilised to the max! The breathtaking rural farm views as well as over into Te Kuiti township were just second to none. We had the pleasure of mingling with farm dogs, helping ourselves to the Delicious Feijoa trees, sampling the awesome Host Karen’s Brownies.. yummy yummy! Was so Awesome to meet Karen & Phillip they are good old fashioned hosts with plenty of smiles & friendly conversations, very helpful with lots of local recommendations for local outings of all kinds. Their dedication to their farm stay & their farm lifestyle shines through beautifully every day! The exquisite views of the pretty stars & milky-way to name one - at night is just Devine as well.. We will be back again, sooner rather than later we can guarantee it! Thank you Karen & Phillip again for having us, this is The Best Air BnB we have stayed at yet & we have tried out a lot. See you both again soon xx

We didn’t like that we had to leave.. Our week went way too fast & we plan on staying much longer next visit!

Loved everything about the loft. Cosy, but plenty of space. Such a beautiful property and view, enjoyed greeting the cows in the morning. Was like a home away from home.

The owners, Karen and Phillip, were extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive to any request we had. The property was stunning in its design and the view was extraordinary. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property on a hill, away from traffic. Spacious two-storey apartment with a terrace in a green surrounding. Ground floor with kitchen / living room, first floor with sleeping room (up to 5). Good base to explore the Waitomo Caves etc.
