Its a backpackers place, so if you remember that then the stay is ok. View of volcano is great. Its not an easy place to find, its far from town and you must have a car. It was very quiet when we were there, but if it was busy I think the facilities would be overwhelmed very quickly.

The grounds and birdsong were beautiful, and the view of the mountain. It was quiet and peaceful.

The right, front element on the stove overheated on a low temperature, catching my curry in the pot. The microwave was dirty. The pillow was uncomfortable. There weren't any towels available to use after showering, which I thought there would be based on the advertising/photos.

Nous avons eu très très froid. A proscrire en hiver. Le petit chauffage était totalement insuffisant pour nous. Il n’a jamais chauffé assez. Mais le propriétaire était très gentil mais il a sous estimé les équipements nécessaires. Valable l’été certainement …

Location was excellent and had nice outlook

I booked late as was Cycling, got this text direct from accommodation which I found quite bizarre. Check-in time Wheatly Downs Farmstay and Backpackers 14 Nov | 15 Nov Details 09:00 - 10:00 Reception closes at 9 pm. However plaease make yourself at home in Room 3 in the lodge to the left of the main homstead. You will see the small lights on. Do not wake us up as we rise early to tend to the farm. There is a $100 surcharge if this occurs. Other
