De locatie was uitstekend. Zo'n 2,5km van het centrum en dus perfect met de fiets bereikbaar. Ideaal gelegen om een bezoek te brengen aan Venetië met vertrek in Fusina (+/-9km van de accommodatie). Voldoende restaurants, bars, bakker, supermarkt in de buurt.

Enkele drukke wegen in de buurt. Af en toe lawaai van traktoren en andere machines van de landbouwers in de buurt. Terras van het verblijf was iets te klein en lag zeer dicht tegen het terras van andere gasten.
