This property is accessible via an unpaved road, which may be unsuitable for some vehicles. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform La Canardiere in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that guests can clean the apartment before check out or decide to pay cleaning fee. For stays of 1 or 2 nights, cleaning fee option costs EUR 25 per stay. For stays of 3 nights or more, cleaning fee option costs EUR 50 per stay. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them onsite for an extra charge of EUR 10 per bed per stay. Dogs are allowed at an extra charge of EUR 5 per night. Please note that the property is accessed via a 1.3 km unsurfaced and sometimes bumpy road.
