No breakfast. Perfect location for my requirements.

A comfortable chair in the room. The bed was the only place to sit.

The location and the farm is perfect. The cottage is very comfortable and has a fully stocked kitchen. You literally just need your food and clothes. They provided salt, pepper, coffee, tea and cooking oil which was really sweet. The views are so green and lush and the main dam is beautiful. This place is great for summer or winter. I will definitely return because it's also a perfect spot if you have a dog.

The one thing was the shower nozzle that could be better.

The Coots overlooking the main dam with lush lawns around the cottage is perfect spot for lazying in bed when it gets too windy to sit outside. My dog enjoyed her little adventures without feeling frightened. Walking in the orchards with Apple blossom is so peaceful. Even though it’s a working farm, we do not find it disturbing at all in this time of the year (mid-Oct).

No lighting in the toilet and shower, but portable light is provided.

Serene and bucolic.

We Loved the cottage, it was right next to the dam, it was rustic but the beautiful surroundings made it perfect. We took advantage of walks around the dam and apple orchards were full bloom. Our Mallie just loved the open space! The experience was a memorable one and we will be back!
