This place is amazing. The small fishing harbor is right outside your door. If you’re looking for a cozy apartment, this is not for you. But if you want something unique, closer to nature, with a history worth hearing, it’s the perfect spot.

Awesome house (lovely decoration and wall art) and location (directly next to the ocean) with beautiful sunsets. And awesome, caring hosts. Would book again in a heartbeat.

The location was great, but didn’t make up for the horror inside. Great IN pictures, that’s all.

First, the smell right when you walk in, felt like we might get sick just from the quality of air inside the house( mind you there were windows that were open). The lack of cleanliness combined with the humidity and lack of A/C made it for a very uncomfortable air quality. At first glance everything else seemed decent then the surprises kept coming…first the “shower room” has no ventilation combined with the lack of cleaning…I will let the pictures speak for themselves (unfortunately or maybe fortunately you can’t smell through a picture) moving on from the shower…towels were not white, all the rainbow colors, basically no bleach or disinfecting happens there , not to mention the absolute most acrid smell that I literally had to go buy towels for us to clean ourselves with, if you thought it ended there let’s move on to the beds, the bunk bed had no top rail, our boys are 6 and 10, and even our 10yo was afraid of falling. Bed linens were not existent, there were bottom fitted sheets on the mattress but no top sheet and the only cover was a dark blue duvet (also no bleach/disinfecting) with the dark color all the previous guests hair was stuck there(see pictures) beside that there were two pillows with white pillowcases the others were in the dark blue duvet material no one could sleep on them ( had to go buy pillow cases as well). To top it off the bed was uncomfortable and there were a lot of bugs in the house specially centipedes(could be easily resolved with pest control) above all what prompted this comment is the truly misguiding the overall rating gave us. No where in the world (I have travelled many countries) would consider this an 8.8. We only stayed two nights if we had a longer stay we definitely would have left the first night.

Amazing place done in a beautiful style. It is right next to the ocean with the beautiful small garden where you can eat or rest in Sun with the sound of the waves. Location is peaceful.

Nothing big pops on my mind. Place looks clean, we just felt that it had some dust when we got in. So probably after 1 proper and complete cleaning of every corner of the house this can be fixed.
