Le Terre di Gu

Wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche im liebevoll sanierten Hotel verbracht. Das Gebäude hat seinen ursprünglichen Charme als Bauernhaus bewahrt und fügt sich wunderbar in das Dorf ein, gleichzeitig ist es modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns der herrliche Blick auf die Berge direkt aus unserem Fenster – ein echtes Highlight am Morgen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Viele der Speisen wurden mit regionalen Produkten und zum großen Teil aus eigener Landwirtschaft zubereitet. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass die Mutter bzw. Schwiegermutter unserer Gastgeber selbst gekocht hat – man schmeckt die Liebe und Sorgfalt in jedem Gericht. Unsere Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen herzlich und nahmen sich für jeden Gast Zeit. Die Gespräche über ihre nachhaltige und biologische Landwirtschaft waren sehr interessant und haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert.

Leider war das Hotel mit unserem Bus schwer zu erreichen. Er ist etwas zu groß für die teilweise schmalen Straßen des Dorfes.

The hotel is like a small home with four rooms, actually the owners live on the upper floor of the building. The location of the farmhouse inside a small village as well as the design of the rooms is very beautiful.

Nothing. maybe the road towards the farmhouse is somehow narrow and there are street, but that is ok

This beautiful Guest House was located in a small and quiet village north of Lago di Garda. The view was amazing, we felt really at home especially because the lovely owners were so helpful and sympathic! Our room was beautifully restored, very modern and clean. The nights were so quiet and the breakfast the following day was very good, as well. There are parking lots in front of the house. The owners produce most of the offered food themselves and it is possible to buy some of these ecological products for a reasonable price. Our little daughter (4 years old) also admired the farm animals close by. Thank you, M & M for this special New Year's Celebration!

It was just perfect!

The entire house is newly refurnished in a very nice traditional manner. As such it is clean and cozy place you look forward to return after your all day trips. There is also an amazing view to the valley. It really felt good to be accommodated in a such nice place. The owners are exceptional people. In fact they operate the entire facility, including the kitchen. They serve a traditional delicious dinner in the evening. They care about their guests and go beyond usual boring chitchat. We loved the way they serve and sell you the dinner. It is not only a joy for your stomach but also an entertaining event. We really enjoyed that. Besides that, they were very helpful to give us guidance what trip to take at the Lago di Garda because they know very well the local environment, prices, discounts, etc. Definitely recommend and we will hopefully come back.

There is no storage space for bikes, even though the website features a picture with bikes, suggesting that this is a bikepack-friendly stay.

We really liked the atmosphere and the philospphy of the place. The hosts Martina and Manuel make you feel at home, and share with you their way of life based on the care of nature, providing sustainable accommodatio and food, and caring about the facilities and the guests. Breakfast and dinner all coming from their produce so high quality

A minor remark is that it is a bit difficult to get there and parking space is limited. However, the toen is really small and this is also part of the exprience

This place is something special if you value sustainability and being secluded in calm and piece. Hosts are super great. I would say that it is like a museum yo see what dedication and passion for sustainability can be built by 2 people:) very special place.

Is a bit away from the lake and there is nothing really else to do rather then rest in your room.

Beautiful place. Really quiet with a nice view of the valley. A great combination of original and modern architecture. Martina and Manuel are absolutely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a few days in this peaceful and quiet area with the vibrant Rive del Garda just a few minutes drive away (approx. 10 minutes).
