La automatización de la recepción. El ser un hotel Rural no implica que el cliente no reciba una experiencia ampliada por el trato personalizado. Para eso ya hay otras plataformas. Es solo una apreciación, porque los mensajes fueron claros y efectivos

Ficámos hospedados apenas uma noite e adorámos a quinta por ser tranquila e estar inserida num meio mais rural. Tivemos a sorte de ser os únicos hospedes. O quarto era muito confortável. Na casa onde ficámos tinha disponível uma pequena área comum com cozinha equipada, mesa de jantar e sofá. O pequeno-almoço estava óptimo. Fomos acolhidos com muita hospitalidade.

Instalações (casa e quarto) muito cuidadas e muito bem decoradas. Jardins muito bem cuidados. Hall da casa e quarto super aquecidos à chegada (fazia um frio de rachar lá fora...) Pequeno almoço excelente (o sumo de laranja era mesmo de laranja ... o que não acontece em muitos outros hóteis). Face à intempérie prevista para a data da m/ estadia (péssimas condições climáticas) ofereceram-me, antecipadamente, a possibilidade de trocar a data da estadia sem custos. Isto é excelência !

Duas pequenas notas: - ouvem-se os passos das pessoas do quarto por cima - o quarto tem um pequeno indicador luminoso verde a assinalar a porta da saída, permanentemente acesso, o que à noite incomoda; ainda que luz não seja forte, não foi possível apagar Nenhum destes pontos inibe a pontuação máxima que atribuo a este alojamento.
