Lovely room and quiet location. Outdoor area and pool were perfect. Sunday the staff disappeared and it felt like we had a private villa with pool all evening to ourselves.

The Aircon unit was really bad and just managed to take the edge off the heat. It seemed like the fan motor was broken as it was cooling the air when you put your hand up to it, but it was not actually blowing the cool air out into the room. Everything else about our experience there was fantastic, but at 40 degrees outside temperature, the Aircon was an important part of the stay.

It’s is a really wonderful place and many returning customers will confirm it. Spacious well decorated rooms, fantastic food in the restaurant and the winery with the best wines of Valpolicella. We have found this place ten years ago and try to return there when possible.

Room was very small with very low lights, not suitable for reading Toilet paper not on a roll, but dispensed 2 small sheets at a time REALLY??!! The temperature in the room was pre set at 68° F not so nice after a long drive in the rain and fog mid October Check-in not smooth with no assistance with suitcases

Second time we stayed here. Friendly people, clean room, view of the vineyard from our room, which had a balcony with the sun-loungers. Super soft towels in the bathroom.

We stayed here before, so nothing really. Maybe the use of potpourri for which I am sensitive, but that is personal and won't be a problem for everybody.

Nice location. Very friendly and service minded staff. Very good kitchen.

Great, peaceful location in the middle of vineyards. Excellent breakfast, tasty dinner and very friendly staff. El Pendolas own Amarone Classico was 5 star (of 5) wine.

The staff was great! Everyone was very wrlcoming and helpful. The tasting of their wines was great and a must-do if you stay here (or in the region). Last but not least, the dinner we've had here was great. Very tasteful!!

The bed and the shower could be better.
