Mieszkanie w pięknej okolicy. Idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Dostępne lozeczko i krzeselko do karmienia. Gospodarz posiada krowy, które wypasają się przy budynku. W sąsiedztwie są też konie i kozy. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i zadbane.

Gospodarz mówi tylko po niemiecku, ale z pomocą translatora da się porozumieć. W mieszkaniu było trochę zimno.

L'appartamento aveva un divano letto matrumoniale dell'ante guerra con ferri duri e arrugginiti. Dunque era praticamente inutilizzabile. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da un centinaio di mosche ed è stata un'impresa debellarle. Anche il letto matrimoniale era con un materasso pessimo. La doccia mezza rotta e totale assenza di saponi o detersivi o sacchetti per l'immondizia. Un rotolo di carta igienica per 3 persone e 7 notti. Alla fine ci presentano un conto diverso da quello di booking (ovviamente più alto) e abbiamo dovuto mostrare la prenotazione di nuovo per pagare il pattuito. L'Owner non parla una parola di inglese. Le mie ultime esperienze con booking sono state davvero un disastro (lo uso da anni per lavoro).

Super schöne und ruhige Lage (abgesehen vom Anreisetag, als die Autobahn gesperrt war und der Ausweichverkehr hier lang führte). An den anderen Tagen total ruhig und erholsam. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Berchtesgadener Land, Chiemgau, Salzburg). Der Vermieter war auf dem Bauernhof stets erreichbar und hat einen tropfenden Abfluss am Waschbecken sofort repariert, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auf Wunsch auch Semmelservice. Saubere Betten und alles in der Ferienwohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet mit schönem Holzinventar! Für Allergiker gut geeignet. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Herzlichen Dank und viele Grüße!

We had a wonderful time here. Even though we couldn't speak any German, we used Google translate and managed to communicate with the host. The farmer was very nice and helpful. We traveled with our 4 year old that likes animals so the farmer let us pet the cows, we watched how he milked them, we played in the fields. There is even a small play area for children. The apartment was very large (we took the room with the balcony). Heating and hot water was available at all times, fridge, freezer, stove, kettle, coffee maker, tv. The place was clean and cozy. The location is excellent! It's so beautiful in the morning to wake up to mist covered mountains. It's a very quiet area. Having a car is a must because the nearest town is a couple of miles away. We went there to visit Salzburg, which is 15 minutes drive away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.

There is WiFi and a dryer in your rooms. It is not listed here but it is available. Calming and relaxing stay. Wonderful location. Welcoming hosts.

There are a lot of house files around since it is a farm. Keep your doors closed. It would have been better if the kitchen had a scrub for washing utensils and extra garbage bags. Other than that everything was great.
