"Excellent rural property/stay in Tuscany!"

Beautiful property on country road in heart of Tuscany, made for easy day trips to Pienza & Montalcino. Sabrina and her daughter are genuinely lovely ladies, very accommodating. Sabrina hooked us up with a free wine tasting at local winery--excellent. Apartment "Bellarmine" had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a small functional kitchen and was clean and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely. Wonderful experience for 3 nights in Tuscany.

Across the road and pretty far back is a rock-crushing facility which provided some background humming noise during working hours, but it was not overly bothersome.

This place was amazing! The views were stunning, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out super easy. The cooking class was a highlight, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. Highly recommend for a relaxing Tuscan getaway!

"Beautiful but a bit to isolated"

Quiet location. Very nice views. Property is well maintained. Nice pool. Owner is very friendly.

No opportunity to buy drinks or snacks on the property, nobody is there during the day. A long drive to a grocer or supermarket, so quite isolated.

I liked everything! All the facilities were great. The breakfast was diversified and had a decent price. The pool was clean, as well as the yard, the grass freshly cut. Signora Sabrina was very nice with us, thank you!

It’s not that I didn’t like, but it could have been convenient to have a restaurant at the property.
