Stuberhof

Sehr netter Empfang und freundliche Gastgeberin. Tolle, ruhige Lage am Berg mit gradiosem Blick ins Passeiertal. Die Wohnung Wohung Kastanienbluck mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist sehr großzügig, sauber, komfortabel, mit je einem Bad en Suite und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön und man kann unzählige Aktivitäten erleben ohne weit zu fahren. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt und Empfehlung.

Ein paar Details: Das Außengelände mit Stall und Hof am Berg ist nicht für freies, selbstständiges Bewegen/Spielen der Kinder geeignet. Auch die Bilder der Website mit dem Gartenabschnitt als Liegewiese täuschen, denn dieser Bereich wird privat genutzt. Leider gab es gerade die ausgelobten Produkte, wie z. B. Eier und Heidelbeeren nicht. Die Wohung hat keinen Backofen.

Appartamento spazioso, comodo e con vista sulla valle. Panorama stupendo.

رائع جداً، لمن يرغب في الهدوء والسكينة فندق صغير يدار من قبل عائلة لطيفة ومرحبة، يقع في منقطة جبلية والطريق اليه ليس صعب ولكن لازم تحذر أثناء الصعود والنزول الإطلالة جميلة وتخطف الأنفاس ولعل الجو الغائم كان له اثر في هذه الإطلالة

وجدنا عقرب في الشقة لكنها صغيرة جداً وممكن هذا عيب المناطق الجبلية وايضاً روائح الماشية لكن ليست منفرة للأمانة

fresh farm products could be ordered for breakfast including fresh rolls from the local bakery. Very friendly owners, breathtaking views from the balcony (well worth the steep trip 1/4 up the mountain), only 7km from Merano and Dorf Tirol, very pretty and super clean flats and more spacious than the pictures would suggest. Kitchen was extremely well equipped.

For a longer stay I would have loved to have a washing machine and 2 harder pillows per bed for those of us who like to rest their heads a little higher :-)

Accommodation on the farm (there are farm animals there) is located on a slope with a beautiful beautiful view of the opposite mountains (and its perfect while while sitting on the balcony). It is possible to climb the peak on the same side of the valley, directly from the accommodation (we did not try it). There are also several cable cars within driving distance, passer gorge (nice walk on hot days) and of course Meran (free parking at the station, except on market days). Local ingredients such as eggs were available/to be purchased on site. The owner was very nice although we did not talk much as we dont speak neither german nor IT. The kitchenette is smaller, but was enough equipped for us - drip coffee machine, kette. (bring your own amenities if you plan on cooking). ! No microwave and neither regular owen (as on pictures). There is a private parking right by. Beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had own full bathroom. One of the bedrooms had glas wall between bathroom and bedroom, so potential the late sleeper can wake other one when lights are swithched on in bathroom at night (other bedroom had regular wall).

We liked the stay very much. Still its worth mentioning that there are flies (its a farm) and althought they have nets in all windows etc., some get inside. Bedrooms have french windows openable to the hillside, so it is shady, and they have nets as well (one is not able to "walk through" and they keep the flies away). But there is a road right on the same level and if kept open overnight to get fresh air in, some mornings cars could/would wake us up.
