We loved our stay here! It was a beautiful apartment, with extremely helpful staff! We were taken care of and felt right at home. We loved the apartment, the AC, the pool, and then area. Our kids loved the ducks too!

Our only critique is the beds were pretty hard and the mosquitoes were terrible (like all of Florence).

It was the best part of my trip. I picked to stay here as it was near a wedding venue and initially only planned to stay a couple days but I loved it so much I extended my stay here. It's incredibly peaceful, the family are lovely, helpful and respectful of privacy. It was a beautiful clean apartment with a tuscan feel. There is a pool and vineyards, dogs and cats, I loved it. It was a great place to recover and have some peace and quiet. I will recommend this to everyone and definitely come back.

Very welcoming, lovely location, beautifully kept and generous breakfast and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Nice pool with wonderful views. Very convenient if attending a wedding at the nearby vineyard.

The host was extremely kind and helpful! The house is so clean and neat! Love how it is in the vineyard area! All in all, pleasant stay! Would defo recommend

We booked 8 nights here based on the very good reviews it has - planning to use it as our base as we made daytrips around Tuscany. How could it be anything other than excellent with reviews like that? So maybe it's just us, but I leave this review in the hopes that if you are like us, you will be forewarned. When we got there, we noticed a very strong perfume chemical smell in our apartment and imagined that it was just their cleaning products, so we opened all the windows to air it out well and went out to dinner. But that was not the problem. The problem was a very strong perfumey chemical product used in the washing of sheets, towels, and furniture coverings - it was everywhere. Trying to sleep the one night we did stay made us sick and we had no choice but to pack up and leave first thing in the morning. We spoke to Deborah, the manager, in the morning about our issue, but she assured us there was nothing that could be done in terms of a refund for the 7 nights we would not be able to stay *because* we did it through Booking. We did not leave on a whim. We are the kind of travelers who spend a lot of time in our beautiful rooms, but the smell was over-the-top. Deborah did offer to wash everything, but I'm sorry, it permeated everything - the pillows, mattress, and couches. We only made a formal complaint to Booking about the toxic-level perfumey fabric cleaner used on everything, but we could add that when we arrived... 1. A young man was varnishing a door laid out on saw horses right outside our apartment 2. The manager’s sister-in-law was cooking something outside her apartment that was smoking up the entire area 3. There were loud guests in an apartment near us - crying children and yelling adults until 11pm. We could not document smell, but we did get audio recordings of the loud noise in the night.

Wonderful historic cottage in grape and olive vineyard. Lovely friendly management, brought breakfast and lunch to cottage, parking by cottage, friendly dogs and cats, close to Florence, A1, and historic Tuscany touring. Nice restaurants and grocery shopping short drive away. We stayed for a week and came from California. Ideally suited for car touring in that region.

Deborah is amazing as a host so helpful. The house is beautiful well equipped you have everything you need. All the towns are near by. You definitely need a car here. The view the house and the host all were superb. I definitely recommend staying here I dint feel like leaving.

The house is beautiful inside and out. Everything is high quality. The location is perfect for visiting Tuscany. It is a 12-15 minutes ride to the center of Florence, and 50-60 minutes to Siena or San Gimignano. The region is great for biking. The host gave us some bikes, and we were able to make a couple of lovely rides.
