NLThe location is excellent: close to Grosseto and to the Etruscan monuments. The building is old but very beautiful. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equiped, evrything you need is there. The garden is enormous, with places to relax, including a fantastic swimming pool. This place is ideal for people who like to explore the Etruscan antiquities in the nabourhood.
When we arrived, there was nobody there, allthough I carefully mentioned my time of arrival. Even our room was not ready yet. But after half an hour a friendly man arrived and let us in. He only spoke Italian, but we worked it out. It seems that the owner lives in Bologna, which is not practical when you want to run a B&B.
