This resort sent a message to me at 11 pm to share the advance amount. I could not transfer the amount because I didn't see the message. They cancelled my booking next day morning without even informing me. If someone from this resort had called and informed me about this advance requirement I would have definitely transferred the amount to them. Very bad customer service.
