Comfortable room, clean and quiet. Great playground for kids. Friendly staff.

The place has a good potential I really wanted to love it. Nice location in the middle of the forest Yard looks lovely Rooms ok Restaurant on site ok prices slightly above average but very convenient,food ok. Breakfast is good Most staff members are very nice, but speak only Italian. The single person ( a young waiter) in the whole place that can speak English is also very nice.

The place has a potential to be a 10, unfortunately it's barely 8 , with some adjustments and a better attitude it can easily improve. Room is ok but has cobwebs. Bathroom ok but we stayed in 2 different rooms one had the tiniest shower, not fit for adults. Biggest problem isn't just the language barrier but as stated by former reviews: the attitude of management to tourists vs local event clients. They just make you feel lik a nuisance every time you approach them Just a few examples They can literally make you wait half an hour for checkout on your way to the airport completely ignoring you while the are extremely chatty with potential event clients. Give you a twin when you booked a double. Or agree on a late check out price and then bounce it by 30 EUR .

We had a lot of difficulty getting to the hotel because on Google Maps the route was wrong (we managed to get there because we found a man on the street at 11pm walking his dog and he showed us the right way). As we arrived very late, the receptionist handed over the room keys and explained that he would complete check-in the next day. The next morning I saw that there was no towel in the room and I went to reception to ask for a towel, when the hotel owner just asked me: have you already paid for your accommodation? He didn't bother to find out why the check-in hadn't been completed, much less apologized for not having towels in the room. I found his attitude very rude. At breakfast we ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and the waitress only delivered the eggs.

It was not a problem to find the property, which have a huge area including parking, place for small children, boxes with goats, rabbits etc. for elders. The restaurant staff is very polite and friendly.

Despite all dishes served for breakfast are very fresh, breakfast itself might be more rich. The absence of shower gel in bathroom disturbed a little. The room was not large enough, we had to keep our suitcase on the table.

Spacious and authentic Italian room.

The staff was not very friendly, the food, dinner was disappointing. And altogether far to expensive for the night. We will not come back.

The food and the service were amazing.
