If you like old villas this is not for you, as the renovation is not on par with historic builds. Stuff was friendly and put a bottle of champagne for bday, BUT told me they've upgraded the room to one with air conditioning, bit this (as per Booking.com info) was already a feature of room I've booked, ad also the pictures were same to what room I've booked and not "upgraded" room. The road to villa is terrible, at least when you have a more sporty car, unfortunately. Villa is in ownership of a russian couple, so main guests are wedding guests from russia (is up to you if this is bad or not). This all are my private thoughts, subjective and may not represent your own opinion.

This villa is AMAZING! It's so gorgeous, from the villa and rooms itself, to the pool and gardens. It's like a fairytale. Rooms are updated tastefully, very clean, AC works, and common spaces were clean as well. There's even peacocks here that roam around the gardens.

The breakfast was pretty decent, but could use a few more savory/warm options. Otherwise our stay here was so lovely!

Nice location, nice food, nice service! i really recommend with confidence, especially for couples or small groups of friends, or special photoshooting!

Magical place - carefully and thoughtfully designed interior, each piece of decor or furniture is part of the overall image of this wonderful villa. Each room has it is own individual design and room colour. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and out of this world. Highly recommend to visit this place with your partner and spend a couple of days just for yourselfs and in peace.

Just a suggestion - Breakfast a-La-carte menu could be improved, I.e. more “warm” options and pastries. Extra charge for fresh orange juice was a bit strange decision. (Stayed at several 4*agrotourism hotels in Tuscany and things like fresh orange juice, omelette, fried eggs etc were already included in the room charge)
