Got in late (after 10pm) last min booking, and they were super friendly and accommodating. Comfortable stay. No frills but great for the price. Had a portable AC that worked better than some of the main hotels.

We stayed here to be close to stage 9 of the giro d’Italia - we rode our bicycles from Sinalungua train station. We got to know that route well because there’s no restaurants near the bungalow.

We could have used some basic breakfast food

We truly loved our stay. The owners are very friendly and welcoming; to us and to our two dogs. They gave us an upgrade and it was a pity we could only stay one night. We had the best value for our money. The surroundings are also very nice .

We enjoyed our stay there, it is clean and spacious the bed is large ,equipped with memory foam mattress. The host Gabriel is very kind and willing to help with everything. He recommend us a really nice restaurant near by his place , named Scroccazucche

"Zero hospitality"

The room is well renovated. The location is agreable.

When we arrived in the evening, nobody was there and the place looked closed. We tried to call the owner and to send him messages via booking, no answer... We finally found a key to a room in a pot outside of the house. We stayed a moment in the room and then left for dinner. When we returned around 21:30, someone else was occupying the room (litterally in underwear, ready to go to bed...). They had received a keyset (with the keys to all rooms so, by the way, thanks for the security of the luggage in the rooms) and were authorized by the owner to use the room for the night... We understood that they know each other. We only had a room for the night because they finally decided to leave, since the police (they called) wouldn't come. We did not see the owner at check out and he never replied to our messages to apologize.

"Superb"

The man and woman of the house didn't speak English, but we could communicate about everything important. They were very friendly, they gave us a bottle of their self-made wine and dessert. It was delicious!
