I am the person who did all the booking, but so were I the driver of the vehicle. The host expected me to communicate with him my time of arrival while driving, that after I confirmed my arrival time already 9:00ish that morning right before we left Strand in Cape Town. Nd we arrived exactly on time as I have confirmed via Booking.com. When booked, I stated 2 bedrooms for 3 persons. At arrival instead of just giving us the 2 units, he wanted to see if we cannot all stay in the one unit with three beds, as the unit I booked were still occupied. Then the kitchen table were having sticky residue on which I first had to clean off. The crockery is chipped and the cutlery is of the cheapest thinnest possible quality. The steak knife I used to cut open my bread roll, the blade fell out of the handle. You have to maneuver in a special manner only to eat a bread roll, what would have happened if I wanted to eat a steak?

It's very clean and comfortable room, the kitchen is convenient to cook food! The host and his father are very nice people! It's good hotel to stay, the natural environment is very good!

Len is a wonderful host - friendly, accommodating and helpful. The venue is situated in a lovely farm setting. It was unfortunate that we arrived at the start of the catastrophic rains and winds that hit the Cape so we were not really able to fully appreciate the place.
